Powerstore 3 integration with PayPal Pro

I've set up a PayPal Pro Account and followed all instructions (that I am aware of!) to link it with Powerstore 3. When I perform a "dummy" transaction and go through to checkout, after clicking on the PayPal button, I get:

"We're sorry, your PayPal transaction could not be completed. Please return to checkout and try again."

I've queried this with PayPal and they say it is a problem with the shopping cart.

API requests have also been mentioned but I have found no information about this on either this forum or any documentation.

Can you please advise what steps I should take to complete the integration? As I said above, I've followed all instructions so far (and checked back over them several times) so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Sid
