It searches the content of your site that is indexed with Yahoo.

If you submit an XML sitemap to Yahoo when you make updates, and your internal link structure is good it shouldn't take long for Yahoo to index new pages.

You can also brand your results page, so it looks like a page on your site without any mention of Yahoo.

It's a neat little extension and it has been very useful for me.
