If you have made any edits to the Security Assist functionality anywhere on the site you might have caused the helper file to be recreated. This could cause issues with the restriction rules that are in place on the pages. You should first try reloading the Security Assist pages from the download to see if this clears up the problem, always make sure to backup your existing files before overwriting them.
