Problem with DFP2

Hello,
I have had nothing but problems since I upgraded from DFP to DFP2. My site upload was working great. And I decided to upgrade to be able to resize uploaded images. I have had numerous errors. ...
WHITE SPACE....

AND HERE IS THE LAST ERROR.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3296 bytes) in C:\apachefriends\xampp\htdocs\bt4u\WA_DigitalFilePro\HelperPHP.php on line 823

Is there any video tutorials on this I have followed step by step instructions, and my site is a mess now.

What do you suggest?
Thank you in advance for your help!
