CMS Admin Area - Editing Images?

CMS Admin Area - Editing Images?

If I set this up for a customer and they want to change their site Logo or main page image, there isn't a way to do this. Or is there? I had to change the file in DreamWeaver and upload it for the logo to change. My customers would have to have an area somewhere to change images on pages. In the screen shots for the site sculptor it seems like you can change images as there is a "header" section with the site logo in it...

Also, what about a way to rename the links that are already there? So instead of "About Us", i want "About".
