Problem - Image uploaded successfully message, but actually doesn't upload the image?

How have you configured uploading in your HTML Editor instance? Please review the details about the steps you have taken to get this on the page. Also I think it would be worth you trying to add an new editor instance to a whole new page and try uploading with this one to see if there might be a problem with the first one. When you post back with the details please also include the page in question, the HTMLEditor folder, and a copy of the db as an sql file all in a zip archive. This will allow me to directly test your pages with your data.
