Suite not working

Hi, I am having a hassle getting the full suite to work. I get all the validation tickets, go to the drop down, complete all the instructions, fields etc, then when finishing up, get the following errors.

This is the same across the boards, which indicates to me that this is a software installation and acceptance error of some kind.

Could someone please assist me with this, as I need to get moving with some forms, and this is holding me up. Reading the other error reports, I cannot see a fix for this.

I have looked for this file but it doesn't exist on my PC. Is there another solution to this?
