newbie question - how to edit checkout info

I just purchased ecart and I'm a bit overwhelmed with the installation. My apologizes for such a simple question...how do I edit a current checkout info and details?

I was successful in creating the checkout webpage. However, now I need to make changes to it. Is there a way to edit the info that has already been inputted? or does ecart require that I go through the entire checkout wizard?
