in the spry validation use this as a template ( this is for Uk)

for Uk postcode/zip code use:

Ok as to the transfer of emails in your other issue.
The profile details are listed I beleive in four places on three pages.
User profile
usere registration full
and twice on the page checkout.php
Ok now I had the same sort of issue and with WA help discovered that the code used is not the same in all instances of the list and secondly not only do the number of counties/states have to be the same but they have to be in exactly the same order with spellings the same etc.
Once I sorted that my forms worked OK
