PowerStore billing & shipping State & Country missing - Australia

Hi

I am preparing a powerstore 3 site and modifying it for my Australian business needs.

I am working on the user registration information and shipping information. For both I need to have "Organisation Name", so have used "Address" for this, leaving "Address 2" for the street address - seems to be working OK so far. However, please advise if you consider this the best scenario to achieve what I require.

For Australia, I have changed all of the States in the drop down menu (editing in Dreamweaver) so that the states which show are Australian, and also as I will not be exporting other than to New Zealand, I have changed the drop down menu so that just the countries I want to show are available for selection. This appears to be working OK for the user registration purposes. However, after the order is placed and the confirm.php page is displayed, the info the for state and country are not showing, and they do not get transferred to the email either.

If I go back to My Profile from the confirm.php page, although the info was there originally, I am asked to choose a state and choose a country again, so the information is not being retained somewhere.

To alter the drop downs I kept everything the same in the Dreamweaver code, except for the selection options for the state or country... I have changed this everywhere (I think) that it is needed, and also added extra info to the confirm.php page by dragging in the bindings that I need from Dreamweaver. So don't understand what is wrong.

Please advise what else I can check, and where.

Also, how can I change the format for the phone and fax numbers, as we have 2 digit area codes, then 8 digit numbers, or I may want to accept a mobile number in the phone number field... so don't want to have the same validation info as United States requires.
