error message when doing anything in DMW8

When Dreamweaver loads, I'm getting the following error message:

WA eCart ASPCursor.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.

I also get this when saving documents, changing from code to design view, etc etc. It just started yesterday and is not connected (AFAIK) with any upgrades or changes to either the program or my system (Mac 10.4.11, Mac Mini 1.6Ghz intel core duo, btw).

I tried removing eCart and uploading the latest version, but no change - still throws this error message on opening DMW...

any ideas, anyone?
