I did not see the pdf attachment on your post. You may be experiencing an issue related to a bad cache file, here are the steps you can take for deleting this file:

common_installation_issues.pdf

If this does not resolve the issue there might be a corruption of your configuration somewhere. Here are the steps that you will need to take if deleting the cache file does not solve the problem for you:

showpost.php?p=12293&postcount=2

If you still have this problem after trying both of these we will need to look into the issue further. Please post back and let us know the result.
