re: site import plug in

I am using Dreamweaver CS4. I attempted to use my site import plug in and when I clicked on the arrow button to start the process it gave me the usual dialogue box to enter the site and place to download it. However, below those fields it has a broken icon and "Error </head>, and at the bottom above "Got questions..." are four more broken image icons.
An additional dialogue box appeared and says the following: "While executing onFocus in WA_ImportSite.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In file "WA_ImportSite": document.headerSearch has no properties"

I have attached a pdf of the above information. How do I fix this problem?

Thank you,
Pam Logan
