Record Locking for Concurrent Database Updates?

Hello everyone!

I just purchased DataAssist, and I am absolutely thrilled to have a tool which makes it so easy to create and maintain database applications on the web. I have a technical question.

In a single-user database application on the desktop, only one user updates the database at a time, but in a multi-user database application on the web, more than one user may try to update the same database at the same time. This creates a potential problem which could compromise the integrity of the data.

Does DataAssist use MySQL record locking to preserve the integrity of the data when multiple users update the same database concurrently?
