Standards Complient / Clean Code

Larry

I find that in Power CMS 2 the code is never in a readable state as Joe mentions in his post. I can go in to source view,(code view) format the code so it is readable just like in Dreamweaver, then switch the source view back Design view, and again switch back to source view, and the code is a big jumbled up mess again.

I also find that many times if I enter code in source view, switch to design view, and again back to source view, the code I entered is messed up and will never work.

I feel this could be a bug. Any comments on this?

  Hey Robert -

Re: code collapse - no, you won't see anything like that with PowerCMS. We're not doing anything out of the ordinary on the code side. It should retain its readability.

Best - Joe
