Alan Winthrop

trying to get to the wizard.

Hello,

Using Dreamweaver CS3 to add Power Gallery to a functioning uploaded site.
I do not have a testing server, just local/remote site.
My host assures me I have the correct php and mySQL to run power gallery.

I have unzipped downwload and renamed folder, have placed this in root folder and uploaded it completly using CS3. Everything uploaded to my remote site.

When I go index.php

I get The requested URL /powergallery/install/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.triplantanol.com Port 80

When I explore in D CS3 file mysite\powergallery\index.php I get a Read only message and
a page opens with code <?php
header('Location: admin/index.php');
?>

When I try and view this pace in My browser IE8 I get request for a testing server, however I am hesitant to set up a testing server as I have had big problems trying to do this in the past.

My server uses C panel with MySQL databases...At present there are no databases associated with this website.

Please could you advise how I should proceed so that I can find the wizard and it do the appropriate checks for my website.

Sorry to be stuck at such a basic point.
Many thanks for your assiatance
With regards
Alan
