Language question about Power CMS2

Hi, I would like to get some clarification :

All the websites I make are using french words.
So for my 1st website which uses PowerCMS2, I have translated all the english terms that my customer could see.

1/ If I buy another PowerCMS2, what must I do to avoid changing every english visible words ? Which leads me to ask the second question :

2/ Where is the code which activates the license

So, In other words and because this is my wish > Is it possible to keep the same and translated program lines and just buy a license ?
