Installation procedure powerstore 3

I have posted this already, have not heard back for 2 days. I am installing PowerStore3
on Windows Server 2003, its a live server with our own domain. What is the procedure to use the existing Powerstore3 files that I created on a Windows Vista PC that had XAMPP on it.
I was able to get the Webstore up and running for the most part on the Vista PC except PayPal and FedEx shipping, all the items showed up with the pictures and prices etc... now I need to transfer everything to the live 2003 server, it has ComAgent for MDaemon email client and FileZilla FTP, one of your techs asked me if it is a live server, which I responded yes, thats all I have heard back for two days. I have been trying to get this installed for over 3 weeks now, finally installed it after adding cURL, myPHPadmin and XAMPP on my PC, now I find out that XAMPP wont work with Server 2003, this is a JOKE right? Why can't I get the answers I need to install this from WebAssist tech support, you have no phone support, and take hours to respond to my posts, what am I supposed to do now????? I started an identical post 2 days ago, now this one, Will someone tell me why I cant get PowerStore to start the installation process on the Windows 2003 server??? When I type localhost/Powerstore3 it takes me to the email client main page and does not install powerstore3, HELP HELP HELP
