on your site at index.php I see the pay with payapl express checkout button on the cart page, when I click it i get an error in the WA_eCart/WA_Cart_Coupons_PHP.php file, have you made any changes to this file?
If not, I would suspect one of your coupon names is causing the issue. Double check that you are not using any special characters in any of the names of your coupons.
For the other site, add the following code after the <body> tag on the checkout failure page to get the response from the gateway, this will help us determine the cause of the failure:
