Checkout & PayPal Setup - eCart 5

I am trying to set the Checkout page up. With my shoppingcart.php opened I clicked on Checkout Wizard button and I followed the entire steps.
Payment: PayPal Payment Standard
Shipping: Free
1)
eCart5 created 8 pages. Here are the pages created by eCart5:
Checkout.php, checkout_success.php, checkout_failure.php, confirm.php, pp_confirm.php, pp_checkout_success.php, pp_checkout_failure.php and pp_cancel.php
Are these the right and necessary pages that I should have for Checkout setup?

2)
Testing the ‘Shopping cart page’ in my localhost (my computer):
While in shopping cart page, I click on ‘Checkout’ button and then I am redirected to another page ‘Checkout page’ where there are Billing Information and Shipping Information forms to fill in. After filling on the forms I click on the ‘Checkout’ button and I am redirected to ‘Confirm page’. In this page I see ‘Order Confirmation title’ in the top and there are thumbnail, order details, Billing Information, Shipping Information and two buttons ‘Modify Information’ and ‘Submit Order’.
When clicking on ‘Submit Order’ button I am redirected to ‘PayPal page’ where we see the slogan ‘PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay’ with only PayPal payment option without Credit Card option payment.

2a) Is there any way to shorten the process by bypassing the ‘Checkout page’ and ‘Confirm page’ and then jump to ‘PayPal page’ and let Paypal do the Billing and Shipping Information and the rest of the operation?

2b) Since I chose the PayPal Payment Standard how can I accomplish the whole PayPal setup to give to the buyer the Credit Card option and PayPal payment option at the final step?
Thanks.
