Live server

Yes Windows 2k3 is live server, whats next step? How do I get the XAMPP to work, or is there another program to use for W2k3? What about PHPmyadmin? do I need that, and cURL?
This is getting ridiculous for me to figure out, I am just trying to install the program on the server, I have to get this running... soon
