It looks like an include file is being referenced that cannot be found. After you downloaded the files from your download area did you rename the folder titled 'rename_and_upload_this_folder' and then upload it to your server? If not you should do this part again. The read me file that is included in the download details the steps to take as well.
I will gladly help you out with any part that I can, but first I will need you to follow these directions and get the PowerCMS loaded into your live site properly.
