Parse error on confirmation page

Super suite / xp pro, cs4
I am receiving the following Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '@' in D:\vhosts\builders\confirm.php on line 245. I noticed that lines 244 and 246 have the variables in quotes. I decided to put in quotes the variable in line 245. Then I received the same error for line 276 and I also enclosed the variable with quotes. This solved the problem but my question is, am I supposed to add those quotes or the wizard checkout should of done it for me?

244 $WA_fieldNamesStr = "@@FieldNameStrParam@@";
245 $WA_fieldValuesStr = @@FieldValueStrParam@@;
246 $WA_columnTypesStr = "@@ColumnTypeStrParam@@";

276 $WA_fieldValuesStr = @@FieldValueStrParam@@;
