Removing the security question

Hey guys

So I have built one site using the solution, then the guy says hey i want the same , but in spanish, so i get to this, how do i remove the security question below the captcha, as i can't convert this to spanish ( and i don't want to neither). I have huffed and puffed but can't find no documentation on this issue.

Would it be possible to just use the age old html  or not?? please can someone let me know.
