Uploading Images (Admin Side)

The images are not being shown on the site. As for being displayed in mysql, do I need to type in the image name manually?? I'm creating this site for another person. I don't want to have them manually insert the image name in the db each time she uploads an image. Is this the only solution? I just want her to be able to insert a record that includes an image.

All the images are on the server. Let me manually key in the image name in the DB and see what will happen.
