it called XAMPP, not WAMP, I AM STUCK NOW!!!!

At the moment there are four XAMPP versions:

* a version for Linux systems (tested for Ubuntu, SuSE, RedHat, Mandrake and Debian),
* a version for Windows 2000, 2003, XP and Vista,
* a beta version for Solaris SPARC (developed and tested under Solaris 8),
* and a beta version for Mac OS X.

So why doesnt XAMPP phpadmin run like it did on my Vista Machine? XAMPP control panel works fine, SQL service runs, then when I click ADMIN it says... NOT FOUND

I really need you big boys to scratch your heads and say what I need to hear..

The server is being used as an email server, and we host websites on the same server, this should not be a big mystery that you have never seen I wouldnt think. Please help I have put too much time and effort into getting this PowerStore3 up and running to quit and ask for a refund now.
