UTF-8 instead of ISO-8859-1 proposal again

I made a proposal to change these settings some while ago. I would like to urge this again.
If using the wizard it creates pages with:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
Mind: This old-fashioned setting does not even contain the Euro sign! What would you guys say if you had to put &Dollar; instead of $ ?
If you like the movie "Blueberry Nights", you might wonder what the name &#1050;&#1083;&#1102;&#1095; on the Coffee bar door meant?
Yes: Key.
Have fun to show this on a ISO 8859-1 coded page!
