Menu does not produce2

Hi Support,

I have the same question/problem as this thread...
showthread.php?t=12122
and have tried all methods from other threads that have had the same problem without success. I have just installed the extension (in cs3 windows7) The insert menu wizard comes up...I hit OK and the graph thingy on the site tools palette just hangs while supposedly initializing.

I have deleted the WinFileCache.dat file ...docked the Site Tools pallet...reinstalled the extension but nothing helps.

Any solution to this problem will be truly grateful.

Regards
Jeremy
