Hi Eric,

Thank you for replying to my message.

I as I outlined in original message:

"I have followed the instructions in the common errors message on the WebAssist site but to no avail, I still have this problem. "

I found something else in the forum about corrupted configuration so I deleted the folder and only install the eCart. Again this did not work. So now I get to reinstall all of the entensions I have all over again. Oh, what fun.

This is the last thing I need to do to get this cart up and running. I really need a fix fast.

BTW, just in case your next suggestion is to replace the "cart.php", I have done that three times. And yes, I made sure all the files are not "ready onlu". I also replaced the "WA_Cart" folder in the PowerStore and made sure those files were not marked "read only".

One thing I notice is this, if I click on Insert, WebAssist, eCart, eCart Object. I can create a new object. It looks like the eCart Object in the PowerStore files is completely empty.

To check this I redownloaded the PowerStore Zip file and unzipped it and then copied the
"cart.php" and "WA_Cart" folder to dreamweaver and got the same results.

Is this possible? Could this be the problem? Am I suppose to create this eCart Object when the instructions lead me to think I am to edit it?

I really need help ASAP.
