I removed your FTP credentials from your post because this is a public forum and you never know what malicious behavior someone might be up to.

I did take a quick look for you to see if i had any ideas, and the first thing i noticed is your database connection file has not been set up yet. Without your connection to the PowerCMS database, you are going to have issues.

Try resolving that issue and see if it gets you further along.
