no region at this zoom level

I've just installed this extension to work with Dreamweaver CS4, pretty new to all the software I'm using.

I followed all the steps to add dynamic data from a MySQL database. The map placement image comes up in design view. Then I click on Live view, and Preview in browser and an grey box appears where the map should be. The pins for the locations show, but no map.

There is small print across the grey box that reads: 'Im sorry but we don't have maps at this zoom level for this region, try zooming out for a broader look'

Which I do - and nothing.

I've tried adding static addresses, differnet default views, I've tried it on completely empty PHP pages, I've tried moving the line of code:

<script type="text/javascript" src="google_javascript/wagmp_maps.js">/*wagmp*/</script>

right to end, just before...

</body>
</html>

I've tried different formats for the addresses, and addresses from America, UK and south Africa.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

What I want to use it for, is to display dynamic data from a database that receives information from a html form. So that new 'pins' can be added to the map by users.
The pins will need to be one of 10 different coulours.

Is this possible? (provided I get past the first hurdle!)

Any help would be muchly appreciated, but please keep it simple, its already so complicated! Thank you!

love and light
