Hopefully more positive reviewers will take the time, but again usually the motivation to fill out something like that is to get back at the company so they almost always have a negative bias. 
Ray -- I expected you to tell me why this thing hangs up so much in DW 8, that DW8 had to be shut down. Why is the Cancle botton never work??? These are the things I would expect that you would address.
I am sure that people have the right to express their likes or displeasure of any product as far as they are being honest and not just trying to bad mouth the product. That survey is available on the internet and it is wrong to simply dismis it.
