Need to reload page after file download

Need to reload page after file download

I have a download center that is working great. However, I am limiting users to 3 downloads per purchase and I am displaying the remaining download count on the page. Afer the user clicks the download button, the UE download function is triggered and works fine. But I want to be able to reload the page at that point so that the new download count is reflected. How can I do this?

I have tried a number of things without success including action="webpage.php" or PHP_SELF. I have also tried a suggestion that I found in this forum of adding an onclick java script to delay the reload of the page. As soon as I add an onclick behavior, the download file does not get triggered anymore.
