Thanks for posting back with that, it is very helpful. I was able to craft a page almost just like yours and here is what I have found.

If you have the same $WA_masterKeyValue set for both MRTs then it will only do one of them. I was able to reproduce this and confirm the result. The way around this was to use a different id for the $WA_masterKeyValue in the second MRT and it worked like I thought it should.

I'm not sure that I fully understand what you are trying to accomplish as an end result with the data in the pages that you posted, but if you are only adding records for a single contact then you should only need to have one MRT. You should only have mutiple MRTs if you have multiple master key values to manage with additional records.
