Ecart 5 error and not creating all checkout pages

I am trying to complete the checkout process using eCart v5. I have Universal Email 4 installed as well.
using a Mac running SnowLeopard and CS4.

The wizard starts ok but when I click finish, the Checkout and Confirm pages are created but then I get an error message saying ...Cannot find Server Behavior named WA Universal Email.htm

Attached is a screenshot of the message.

I checked the Config files and can't see the file it's looking for.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled both eCart and Universal Email and also deleted the MacFileCache.dat

Is there a solution to this problem?
