Creating questionaire that accepts multiple choices

My apologies for skipping over your multiple selection questions. If you have multiple checkbox selections you should have a column for each selection in your table. This way you can make a very simple association between the checkboxes and the columns within the DataAssist insert server behavior.

The other way to do this is to store an array of values into a single column in your db. This method requires some additional php coding to work out though and the values are harder to get at and search through if they are all stored in the same column.
