I am the only admin. I've been backing up after around 10 products that I've added options to. It was doing ok last night, but the options have disappeared again.
Is there a way to open up a support ticket for me, and only me so I can upload my database sql file? It has some passwords etc in it.
Also, thinking I was going to help the situation, I went to delete my tables, and was going to upload the back up file. That didn't go as planned. When I uploaded the sql file, it shot back an error saying that I needed SUPER privileges. I took out the coupon section, and the database uploaded fine.
How do I fix this?
