Contact Form Not Working - Godaddy is host

I followed the thread on 03-24-2010 - Contact Form Not Working ( showthread.php?t=10174 ). I've tried everything mentioned in that thread to no avail.

The contact page redirects to the thank you page but I have not received the email. GoDaddy is my host, and I am on Windows and PHP 5. At this point I've just used the out of box form and have not done any edits other than some of the script. contactus.php

Godaddy told me to use this: relay-hosting.secureserver.net
I've tried this: smtp.secureserver.net
Also this: smtp.secureserver.net:80
