Buttons Not Redirecting

Your last message you asked me to send the code. It has been some time with the request as the client asked to stop work on the site, not knowing if they wanted to keep it going...well now they do.

I have attached a zip files of the shopping cart process.

All of the "add to cart" buttons are redirecting to a virtual directory. I am thinking that this might be causing the problem.
