I probably wasn't clear on this. We need to have a shipping rate in here that will be a flat rate for our products. We may ship to clients in the US from Canada, but for now the majority of our clients are located in Canada.

We need to have defined a shipping rate for Canadian customers, let's say it's $10.00, but then a shipping rate for US customers that is a flat rate for $15.00.

Let me know where I can put this in and make this doable. Thanks! Duane
