I think that I just responded to another thread were you are working on the same issue, here is a link to it for anyone else that finds this post.

In my latest response I included some info that I found about using a credit card with Express Checkout or making the purchase without a PayPal profile.

I noticed in this post a link to your site so I added a test item and went to the checkout. When I clicked to Pay with PayPal I was taken to PayPal to sign in and complete the purchase. I had the option via a link on the left side of the page to continue checkout. When I clicked on this link I was given the option to enter my credit card info and proceed with the transaction, I'm including a screen shot of the link I clicked on.

You should give this a try yourself to see if this is a location limited option, I'm located in the US, maybe this is why I have this option.
