I think I know what you mean:
Here is the code as I have it in the page before CMS,
<p><img src="images/AlWatts_blog.jpg" width="150" height="75" alt="Al Watts" style="border:1px solid #000;" /><br /><br />
<strong>Al Watts: Achieving goals</strong> Eight years ago, right before I became a father, I made a list of goals. we need more information for this spot.</p>
the CMS changes things drastically, see below:
<p><img style="border-bottom: #000 1px solid; border-left: #000 1px solid; border-top: #000 1px solid; border-right: #000 1px solid" alt="Al Watts" width="150" height="75" src="images/AlWatts_blog.jpg" /><br /><br /><strong>Al Watts: Achieving goals</strong> Eight years ago, right before I became a father, I made a list of goals. we need more information for this spot.</p>
It looks like the CMS is not formatting properly. It is breaking the inline style out into its variables and in doing so is moving the SRC statement.
Not sure if this is the problem but it should do this.
