pp_confirm page won't update user details

Hi there,

I've been trying to use Powerstore on an Australian website. I have seen in another forum post that it is possible to use paypal express and have the client enter cc details (showthread.php?t=3291&highlight=voyagermoon.com the post by Anitah voyagermoon.com) - i followed it through to the near end - and so i set up my store to work with paypal express. It goes through the process with paypal (i can enter cc details etc) and then returns to the website, but it doesn't update the user details onto the page. I can go further and even achieve sale success - in theory at least - it doesn't show up in Paypal but does in register as a sale within the backend. Somewhat the same issue occurred on this post : showthread.php?t=3590&highlight=customer+details+pp_confirm&page=2 for MJMurphy and a ticket was opened and so i don't know the result.

Can someone within Webassist (or someone with a bit of knowledge) help me with this issue. I've been going around in circles for the last 4 days now believing that i could successfully use paypal with Powerstore here in Australia.

I've bought lots and lots of webassist software and to be honest never had this much difficulty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
