v4 has bindings added to help you diagnose errors. Drag and drop the error message from the bindings tab to see if it thinks it sent properly or if any errors occurred. That is the best place to start. Then maybe try checking spam filters, it is pretty common for the email to be sent but get spam blocked for one reason or another.
