I would say no since the previous form this happened with had no captcha field. I can't figure it out...but I updated a site-wide menu (just a hand-coded unordered list, not a product of yours) and I got repeated errors (I am paraphrasing) that AdobeCS3_somefilepath_WAvalidation.js did not contain the function GetElementByDOM... sorry I didn't write down the exact error but I am hoping this may tell you something...I will try to duplicate what I did and write down the error
