Captcha image missing
I'm developing on my MacBook so you won't be able to view my files. I cannot proceed until the missing Gotcha image is resolved. I'll try to include files that may have some impact.
My phpinfo() does show GD is instaled:

Please let me know how I can resolve this or I'll need to request a refund... I didn't expect this type of an issue with $100 software.
