The links in the menu should be based off of the root URL value that is in the wa_settings table in your PowerStore database. Check on the value in here, it should match the location of where you store the files within your webroot. This value should be the first one in the wa_settings table if you view the data.

On my local testing server setup I have the powerstore in a folder called powerstore in my webroot. For me the root URL value is set like this:

powerstore/
