Adding a name to information window

Hello,
I have just purchased the Pro Maps for Google tool and have tested it with a few addresses. I have a distributor list of about 150 that I would like to map.

I started to develop a map of our distributors in Canada by adding each individually, yes I know I can do mulitples but I am not familiar with building a recordset in Dreamweaver on the Apple.

In the information window on the map I could not find a way to put in the name of the distributor. I'm not sure if I am missing something there or if it is not possible out of the box. I see I can customize the window, but the only way I have found to put the name in is to put it behind the address, which looks a little funny.

Alternatively I thought I would post a link on my distributor list page for directions that goes to the spot on the map and I cannot seem to get the link information as it just points to the whole map and not just that location. Again, I think I am just new and missing something.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
CJ
