in the menu.css file for the main menu, add:

position:relative;
z-index: 999;

to first css selector:
ul#cssmw {
cursor: default;
height: 30px;
list-style-type: none;
margin: 0 0 0 0;
padding: 0 0 0 0;
position:relative;
z-index: 999;
}
