Changing USD to GBP and lbs to kgs

Hi
I'm developing a British PowerStore site. As an owner of eCart 5 as well I wondered if simply by opening the relevant eCart Objects in Dreamweaver throughout the site and changing the parameters from $ USD to £ and weight from lbs to kgs, it will change the whole site without errors.

Will there be any other pages I have to search for? I have seen other threads with similar problems but I can't apply those solutions to my situation here.

Any assistance will be helpful here.
